Declaration of Moral Law

PETITION

WE THE PEOPLE oppose the TYRANNICAL REGIME that is currently ruling our country BY FORCE, and state unequivocally that it DOES NOT have our consent and is therefore ILLEGITIMATE.

The tyrant sends COWARDLY ARMED THUGS into our communities to harass, assault, kidnap and murder us. He does this, as all tyrants do, using a DISHONEST LIE that it is for our security, that we have a crisis.

THE REGIME ITSELF IS THE CRISIS.

Like King George III, he is waging war against us.

We intend to resist the brutality and evil of this regime through millions of improvised acts of noncooperation. We will resist individually and in groups. We will do it without warning, anytime and anywhere.

We The People are sovereign. This country and our lives are OURS.

The regime is evil but We The People—who do the work, PRODUCE EVERYTHING, pay the taxes—WE ARE THE POWER. By withdrawing our cooperation, our money, our labor, our attention and our votes from the criminal regime, we will bring the criminals to their knees and to JUSTICE.

DEFEATING TYRANTS IS A PROUD AMERICAN TRADITION.

We understand that most elite institutions are siding with the tyrant. They are bending to his will in acts of cowardice. Others are willing accomplices. We will welcome the support of any remaining principled institutions or their nominal leaders—but this is something We The People are doing FOR We The People.

Although these are, as Thomas Paine said, times that try our souls, we will stand together. We will be bold. We are strong neighbors. We aren’t divided. We are COMMUNITIES.

For our fellow dissenters, we hereby list a sample of tactics

We will resign from work that helps the regime, or slow down, or make “mistakes.”

We will urge friends, relatives, spouses, and neighbors to withdraw cooperation from the regime, possibly shunning those who continue to actively support it.

We will send notes to the IRS declaring that we are paying taxes to an illegitimate government INVOLUNTARILY under duress.

We will practice radical kindness.

We will use our homes and neighborhoods as billboards to assert our dissent from tyranny.

WE DEMAND the immediate and unconditional RESIGNATION of the regime, or REMOVAL at our behest by OUR military. We intend to prosecute the leaders and accomplices by a People‘s Tribunal before the world at a “Nuremberg on the Potomac.”

Our defeat of this tyrant will stand as a warning to any future rogue governments.

Going forward, governments will be SERVANTS of We The People, not rulers. The foundation of our society will be moral values: kindness, generosity, mutual respect, and protection of the wellbeing of all people and our planet.
